Property Owner in Dreamscapes of Belize

I bought property in Dreamscapes of Belize and I am very excited! I have been to Belize on numerous trips and I love the country.  I have been very happy with my purchase and I have read that some people are creating problems with this project by posting bad comments and unfactual information.  Some of those people include a disgruntled employee that was fired for stealing leads for competitors who are building a project in Belize, a development that is also building Belize who is trying to undermine the project by posting bad info and some people who are complaining because they believe what they read without verifying the info.  I heard that there are two companies in fact that were doing this 1) Sittee Place ( which has went out of business because they are a scam) and Sanctuary Bay.  I am starting this blog so that property owners in Dreamscapes of Belize can set the record straight and stop others who would like to create trouble for Dreamscapes which would in turn not ONLY hurt the company who is building OUR investments but... this hurts US as owners in this developement.  I have spoken and have been in touch on a regular basis with Dreamscapes and I have had NO problems with communication.  They are always very happy to assist me with anything I need.  I not ONLY have received a deed to my property but, I just received the valuation for it, as well.  My property shows that it has substantially increased in value since I purchased it.  I have made $$$$ and so have the other owners.  There is another great blog that I follow that if you are interested in getting THE FACTS you might want to follow too.  It is http://www.belizedreamscapes.blogspot.com/ this blog is a positive and factual forum for what is happening now.  Dreamscapes of Belize is in the process of putting together their portfolio for the banks/lenders to get the financing ball in motion for home loans.  Due to the fact, that the valuations are being done and they have shown a substantial increase in the value since they were purchased this should help with negotiating some favorable interest rates and programs for us.  Dreamscapes is going to be the largest development in Belize and with all the amenities they are offering ( a golf course, marina, tennis courts, clubhouses, etc.) this is no small affair.  The company has had to adhere to the Belizean building process and regulations which are unique to that country and also on their " time clock".  The surveying, permitting, inspections, valuations and god only knows what else that goes into the construction process that must be done before going forward.  I am completely aware that Belize is a slow paced country and still has alot of growing to do so I expect that it will take the time necessary to move things along.  This is not a project for someone who wants to move to Belize right away.  But this is a project that offers those who are willing to wait a place to live in Belize that offers all the amenities of a country club lifestyle in paradise.  This development captured my heart because I want to have at my disposal all the comforts of a developed country and yet, it lets me experience that in a tropical paradise without having to sacrifice or trade-off.  Dreamscapes of Belize has had some delays which are out of their control such as weather and etc.  Belize does have a rainy season and is susceptible to hurricanes.  So add everything together and it is not uncommon for a project this BIG to face some obstacles.  That is common in construction if you have had any experience in building a home.  Most projects are built in phases and not " one home there and one home here".....  With a developement so large this would not make sense.  We would have people living in the jungle so remotely removed from others.  Building in phases keeps the construction costs down and allows the project to come together as a community of people.  That's one of the reasons I chose Dreamscapes of Belize is because I want to be around others who share the same interests as me.  My advice to others who own property in Dreamscapes whi have questions ... PLEASE do not listen to the lies and unfactual information on the internet because it is just not the truth because soemone can post it up there.  If you want answers please call Dreamscapes of Belize and you will find out that what I am saying IN FACT is the truth.  I don't expect you to believe me ... CALL!  I just want to be sure that these " BAD  blogs" do not hurt my investment by their unfactual soothsaying.  So as an owner I am doing my part to protect my investment and my future.
